We present the Transparency and Equal Pay Report for Women and Men – 1st Cycle 2025, in accordance with Decree No. 11,795/2023, Law No. 14,611/2023 and MTE Ordinance No. 3,714.
The data contained in the report is anonymous in accordance with the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) and grouped according to the Ministry of Labor and Employment under the major groups of the Brazilian Classification of Occupations(CBO).
The reports were prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment based on information extracted from eSocial, RAIS, and the Emprega Brasil Portal.
It is important to highlight that, although they are essential to promoting equal pay, these reports may not reflect all the nuances of the current scenario, since the data presented refer to 2024.
